The Bishop Family Legacy
This family legacy of trick Riders (3 Generations now) started when Thomas w. Bishop immigrated from Scotland to Canada as a young
lad. Tom started producing Western Shows and the legacy began. His son, Tom Bishop II, and Lorna (who later became a renowned Barrel
Racer) followed in their fathers footsteps becoming a Trick Riders and Trick Ropers at a very early age. The Bishop family Wild
West shows traveled all over North America and Europe. Tom Bishop II married Jan Whitty who also became a trick rider and with
Lorna Bishop traveled the US and Canada as the 4B Ranch Wild West Show. Tom and Jan's children, Tom Jr., Sally, and Sarah continue
the tradition with Trick Riding, Roman Riding, Trick Roping, Knife Throwing, Bullwhips and amazingly trained horses. The Bishop
family has a trick riding School in Alberta and continues to perform and act as stunt doubles in films. Read more about this
